Is their a difference in sound quality of a fiberglass enclosure and MDF wood enclosure?

I have a 05 Mustang and i was thinking of putting fiberglass enclosure for my two subs, with their recommended volume size. I just wanted to know if their is a difference in sound quality if I buy one made out of fiberglass or MDF wood enclosures? It is going to be a sealed enclosure.

If it’s a properly built enclosure, then no. There will be no noticeable SQ difference between the two so long as they have the same internal volume and an equal amount of strength to prevent flexing.
